Mr. Sovan Mukherjee ... For the petitioner. Leave is granted to the learned advocate for the petitioner to correct the cause title of the instant revisional application. The order proposed to be passed in the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India would not cause any prejudice to the opposite parties, as such, service of notice of the present application upon the said opposite parties is dispensed with.

The instant application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff in a suit for partition being Title Suit No. 593 of 2022 pending before the 3rd Court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Barasat, District - 24 Parganas (North).

The petitioner is praying a direction upon the learned Trial Judge for expeditious disposal of the said suit. In view of the stage of the suit, the direction as prayed for is pre-matured; the learned Trial Judge is however requested to dispose of the pending application(s) expeditiously. C.O. 2200 of 2024 is thus disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
