1. On being served through the local police station, the respondent no. 4 Howrah Mills Limited is being represented.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the Provident Fund Authority that the respondent Howrah Mills has processed the file of the petitioner and has filed relevant documents with the Provident Fund Authorities.

3. The writ application has been preferred praying for disbursement

of the monthly pension of the petitioner and payment of due provident fund amount including the arrears and interest.

4. Learned counsel for the P.F.

Authority submits that they are now processing the claim of the petitioner.

5. On hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties and considering the materials on record, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the P.F.Authority shall process the claim of the petitioner relating to provident fund and pension on hearing the respective parties being the representatives of the respondent/Howrah Mills and the petitioner herein and make all endeavour to dispose of the said claim preferably within 60 days from the date of communication of this order, in accordance with law.

6. WPA 15046 of 2025 stands disposed of.

7. Connected application, if any, stands disposed of.

8. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

9. All parties to act on the server copy of this order.
