At the time of call accommodation has been prayed for on behalf of the petitioners.

However, on perusal of the order dated 24th September, 2024 it appears that the learned advocate for the petitioners was directed to serve notice upon the non-appearing respondents within a specified time. Matter was directed to appear in the monthly combined list of November, 2024 under the heading "Motion".

It appears that no steps have been taken in terms of the previous order dated 24th September, 2024.

Today West Bengal Board of Madrasah Educations is only represented.

It appears that petitioners have lost interest.

The writ petition stands dismissed.

However, there shall be no order as to

costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
