1. Both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners as well as opposite party are present.

2. This revisional application has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of the proceeding in connection with Complaint Case No. CS 36257 of 2024 pending before the Learned Metopolitant Magistrate, 19th Court, Calcutta under Section 420, 406, 418 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The proceeding in connection with Complaint Case No. CS 36257 of 2024 was initiated at the instance of the opposite party by filing a complaint under Section

200 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the process was issued upon the petitioners/accused. Thereafter the instant revisional application has been filed challenging the above mentioned proceeding.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties to this revisional application has drawn my attention to the memorandum of settlement executed by and between the parties and it is submitted that disputes between the parties have already been patched up and paragraph 8 of the compromise application filed on behalf of the parties to the revisional application speaks volume of facts that the applicant No.3/opposite party has no objection, if the entire proceeding in connection with Complaint Case No. CS 36257 of 2024 is quashed by this Court as all the offences are compoundable within the meaning of provision of Section 320 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (under Section 359 BNSS).

5. This court finds no reason to stand in the way. Thus, the proceeding in connection with Complaint Case No. CS 36257 of 2024 stands quashed. The memorandum of settlement be made part of this order.

6. With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application along with CRAN 2 of 2025 and CRAN 1 of 2024 stand disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.

8. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Bibhas Ranjan De, J.)
