2. The writ application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of the Gratuity Case No. G03/22/MS pending before the respondent no. 2, Controlling Authority herein.

3. On hearing the parties and considering the materials on record and also taking into consideration that the Gratuity Case is of the year 2022, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the Controlling Authority shall make all endeavour to dispose of the gratuity case preferably within

three months from the date of communication of this order.

4. WPA 15065 of 2025 stands disposed of.

5. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for be given to the learned counsel for the parties on usual undertakings.
