The petitioner seeks to withdraw the application and approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance. Such liberty is granted.

On prayer of the petitioner further liberty is granted to withdraw the certified copies of the orders impugned dated 3rd October, 2023 and 12th October, 2023 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purba Bardhaman in MP Case No.20 of 2023 upon furnishing photocopies of the same.

In view of the above, the application being CRR 2502 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
