Learned senior advocate appearing for the petitioner draws the attention of the Court to the deposition of the witness, who recorded the statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr. P. C.).

State is represented.

The deposition of the witness was made on November 5, 2019. Thereafter, prayer for bail was rejected by the Coordinate Bench on December 14, 2020. There is hardly any change in circumstances subsequent to the order of rejection dated December 14, 2020 warranting grant of bail.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected and the application being CRM 6562 of 2021 is disposed of. (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Ananda Kumar Mukherjee, J.)
