Matter has come up at the instance of the Department since in paragraph 13 of the judgement delivered by this Court on 9.6.2026 inadvertently mistake has been crept up in describing learned Court where the matter is pending in paragraph -13. 2.

It is mentioned " the proceeding pending before the learned 10th ADJ, Alipore, South 24-parganas is hereby quashed". Court described therein ought to have been pending before the learned Court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, South-24parganas, Alipore. 3.

Department is directed to correct the necessary correction and let this order be treated as part of the judgement delivered on 9.6.2026.
