1. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and their names transpired from the statement of the co-accused recorded under Section 161 of the Cr.P.C.

2. The learned Counsel for the State submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent but for the purpose of investigation and for recovery of fire arms, the petitioners are required to be interrogated.

3. Considering the fact that there are incriminating materials against the petitioners and the investigation is at the initial stage, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
