The petitioners pray for a direction upon the National Council for Teacher Education for consideration of their representation made on 18th May, 2019 which was a complaint against illegal acceptance of forged, manufactured, fabricated, manipulated documents.

It appears that there are several litigations filed in between the petitioners and the private respondents herein. There are several orders passed from time to time in respect of the Institute in question.

The learned advocate representing National Council for Teacher Education submits that it is not

possible for the Council to decide the private disputes in between the parties.

It appears from the submissions made on behalf of all the parties that there are several disputed questions of facts involved in the writ petition. It is not open either for the Writ Court or National Council for Teacher Education to decide the private disputes in between the parties.

In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioners in the instant writ petition. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon completion of usual legal formalities.
