1. In this batch of cases, the lead case would be R.V.W. 129 of 2024, which is a review application to review the order passed in W.P.A. (P) 263 of 2021 dated 18th April, 2023. This has to be heard as the lead case as the the relief sought for in the other writ petitions will depend upon the result of the review application.

2. The review application was heard by the Division Bench consisting of (T.S.S., CJ.) and Hon'ble Justice Hiranmay Bhattacharyya.
