The petitioner is aggrieved by nonfinalization of panel and/or approval of the panel by the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Bankura, for filling up of the post of 'Clerk' in Hetyasole S. Junior High School, District - Bankura. Interview was conducted on 15th May, 2007.

This Court is of the view that the instant writ petition is rendered infructuous by efflux of time.

Hence, the instant writ petition shall stand dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
