Supplementary affidavit and affidavit-ofservice filed by the petitioner be kept with the record. Petitioner complains that after resigning from the company and his resignation being accepted, case was initiated almost after a month. The same resulted in Electronic Complex Case No.135 of 2025 dated 01.07.2025. Petitioner's main grievance now is that he is being harassed as he is being called by the police regularly.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that pursuant to a case being registered, police authorities are investigating the case. So far as the issue relating regularly calling,

learned advocate for the State submits that once or twice the petitioner was called and the same was for the purposes of investigation.

Learned advocate for the private respondent no.6 disputes the contention that the resignation of the petitioner was accepted.

Be that as it may, since the issue canvassed by the petitioner and the private respondent are question of fact and the criminal case is now at the stage of investigation, the same is not being dealt with. Petitioner would invoke the relevant provisions of law in case the petitioner feels that he is being harassed and there is a probability of coercive action being taken by the police authorities. So far as the investigation of the case is concerned, since the same has been initiated, police authorities would take the same to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 15232 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
