Record reveals that the petitioner moved this writ petition with the prayer to set aside the impugned circular dated 15/22.07.2008 issued by the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Cooch Behar Taking into consideration submissions made and upon perusal of the record it is found that the present

writ petition is infructuous and hence dismissed being infructuous.
