Perused the case diary.

In view of the incriminating materials available in the case diary including statements of eye-witnesses, the injury report showing inflicting of injury on vital part of the body like head with bricks and metallic objects and the alleged role ascribed to the present petitioner, I do not consider that this is to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
