The petitioner is aggrieved by the non-supply of documents by the S.P.I.O., Dhosa Chandaneswar Gram Panchayat, Jaynagar - I Block.

It is submitted that despite directions from the first appellate authority the S.P.I.O. has not complied with the order.

The petitioner's remedy is before the State Information Commission. The petitioner may approach such commission to seek redressal of his grievances against the S.P.I.O. and the appellate authority. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
