The present revision has been preferred praying for setting aside of the First Information Report being Jadavpur P.S. Case No. 228 of 2022 dated 07.01.2022 under Sections 120B/420/406 of the Indian Penal Code corresponding to A.C.G.R. No. 5027 of 2022 (State -vs- Pijush Saha) which is now pending before the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Alipore, South 24-Parganas.

The present revision is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the issue raised in the present case before the appropriate forum.

The revisonal application being CRR 2365 of 2023 stands disposed of.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial Court for compliance.
