It is the common submission of both learned advocates appearing in this matter that the order dated 9th September, 2013 read with the subsequent order dated 6th December, 2019 has been complied with by the alleged contemnor.

In that view of the matter, this Court is not minded to take any further steps in this contempt application.

It is disposed of accordingly without initiating any action.
