In Re : Jiarul Islam Mondal @ Zahirul ..... petitioner Mr. Bhaskar Ghosh ... for the petitioner Ms. Zareen N. Khan Md. Kutubuddin ... for the State Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he is in custody for 1364 days. It is also submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case. Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the petitioner is one of the conspirators who lured the victim to the place of occurrence. Thereafter the victim was abducted in a vehicle and gold weighing 1.5kgs. was snatched away from the victim. Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the dacoity, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
