1. Perused the report submitted by the Deputy Registrar (Writ) dated 20.02.2025.

2. It appears that the service of Rule has been effected upon the alleged contemnor namely, Kabita Bagra, the Pradhan, Narajole Gram Panchayat, Village and Post Office - Narajole, District - Paschim Medinipur.

3. This Court ,therefore, accepts the service to have been effected upon the alleged contemnor.

4. Since the service of Rule has been effected upon the alleged contemnor and in spite of the service she is not present in the Court, the Officer-in-Charge of

Police Station Daspur, District - Paschim Medinipur is hereby directed to secure the presence of the alleged contemnor on the next date fixed.

5. Registrar General of this Court is hereby directed to communicate this order to the Officer-in-Charge of Police Station Daspur immediately.

6. Let the matter appear in the list on 13th March, 2025.
