Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. A scuffle ensued between neighbours. Both sides suffered injuries. But, the petitioners' complaint was not registered as an FIR.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer of anticipatory bail. He points to the statements of injured as well as independent witnesses as also to the injury reports, which show serious cut injuries inflicted on a number of victims on vital parts of the bodies like scalp.

Considering the nature of allegations and the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the injury reports and statements of witnesses, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. (A) 2348 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
