Petitioners submit that since a tribunal has been formed, this matter now is required to be transferred to the said tribunal.

In light of the same, the Registry is directed to have this matter transferred to the newly constituted Tribunal within a period of two weeks.

Subsisting interim order is extended for a period of ten weeks from date.

This writ petition being W.P.A. 12165 of 2016 is treated as disposed of and upon transferring the matter to the tribunal, the same is to be struck of from the ledger.
