The petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed 27.06 Supp 1 Ct No24 AGM by the Panchayat Returning Officer and the BDO, Khanakul - I, Development Block on 26.06.2023 allegedly in compliance of the direction passed by this Court in WPA 14878 of rejecting the candidature of the petitioner to contest the Panchayat General Elections, 2023.

The impugned order is a detailed one. The validity of the same cannot be decided in the present writ petition.

It will be open for the petitioner to challenge the same before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
