The revisional application has been preferred praying for quashing of the proceeding under Section 126 of BNSS 2023 in connection with Kakdwip P.S. Case No. 623 dated 10.05.2025, P.R. No. 163 of 2025 dated 10.05.2025 corresponding to M-793 of 2025, pending before the learned Executive Magistrate, Kakdwip, South 24 Parganas.

As the revisional application is being disposed of, Ms. Puspita Saha, an empanelled lawyer of the State of West Bengal, is appointed to represent the State in this case. Let her appointment be regularized by the appropriate authority. 3.

The proceedings in this case relates to a proceeding under Section 107 of the Cr. P.C. It appears that the petitioners herein have already complied with the order of the learned Magistrate and has also executed a bond as per the order of the Executive Magistrate and as such the order under challenge requires no interference.
