Mr. Narattam Acharya .....for the petitioners. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner no. 2 P.P.Kochar died during pendency of the application and in support of the same petitioner no. 1 has filed one copy of certificate of death.

In such view of the matter, the name of petitioner no. 2 is expunged from the cause title of the main application. Department is directed to take necessary steps. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner no. 1, further submits that in view of the death of petitioner no. 2, the petitioner no. 1 is not willing to proceed with the present application and accordingly prayed for withdrawal of the same.

In such view of the matter, CRR 2193 of 2018 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Written instructions and the copy of the death certificate have filed by petitioner no. 1 are taken on record.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
