Digha Mohana Coastal Police Station has registered FIR No. 35/21 dated 8th August, 2021. Investigation of the said case is on. In the meantime, the petitioner claims that her husband has come back. It appears from the report of the police dated 24.01.2023 that the petitioner's husband was also an accused and arrested in connection with Marishda Police Station Case No. 22/23 dated 21.01.2023. This Court is of the view that investigation into the FIR No. 35/21 dated 8th August,2021 must be completed within a period of one month from date. Marishda Police shall also complete investigation into the Marishda PS Case No.

22/23 dated 21.01.2023 within a period of 45 days from the date of communication of a copy of this order. Any further threat or intimidation to the petitioner shall be

addressed by the Digha Mohana Coastal Police Station in accordance with applicable rules.

The writ petition is disposed of.

Instructions of the O.C., Digha Mohana Coastal Police Station dated 21.01.2023 is taken on record. There will be no order as to costs.
