1. In terms of the order passed by this Court dated 4th December, 2025 the respondent no. 4 has filed report in the form of affidavit disclosing the letter dated 08.12.2025 wherein it is mentioned that "as per available office records it reveals that only notices were issued being Suo Moto Case No. 135/2007 fixing date of hearings on 15.03.2007, 12.10.2007, and 29.11.2007 over plot no. 357, 357/565, 357/566 and 357/618 of mouza Khakurda, J.L.No. 719. But accordingly no proceeding was drawn up or concluded".

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has satisfied that the respondents have already communicated information.

3. In view of the above, this Court finds that nothing remains in the writ petition. Accordingly, W.P.A. 15120 of 2023 is disposed of.

4. Report filed on behalf of the respondent no. 4 be kept with the record.

5. Urgent Photostat Certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all necessary formalities.
