The present revisional application has been preferred challenging the continuance of the proceedings of Hare Street Police Station Case No. 149 of 2022 dated 07.06.2022. During the pendency of this revisional application, it was submitted that there has been a compromise and amicable settlement between the parties. A report has been submitted by Mr. Anwar Hossain, learned advocate appearing for the State which is signed by one Manoj Agarwal of Mittal Technopack Private Limited. Let the same be kept on record. The subject-matter of the case related to disputes and differences which are private and personal in nature restricted to purchase and receive of flats and the amount parted by the parties. No public policy is involved in the present case. As such, as the de facto complainant and the accused persons have entered into amicable settlement and decided not to proceed with the instant case in spite of the charge-sheet having been filed before the jurisdictional court,

I am of the view that the final report being FRT No. 79/2023 dated 12.06.2023 submitted before the jurisdictional court, if not yet accepted, be accepted by the learned court and the accused persons be discharged from the case as prayed for by the investigating agency.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 2360 of 2023 is allowed. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
