1. The petitioner has filed the present application being CAN 1 of 2025 praying for recalling of the order dated 18th July, 2025 wherein, this Court has dismissed the writ application for default for non-appearance of the petitioner when the matter was called.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition was running in the supplementary list as item No.22 and the returnable date was 18th July, 2025. When the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioner was arguing a matter before the other Court, due to which the learned counsel for the petitioner could not appear before this Court and this Court has passed the order of dismissal.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the application. This Court finds that

sufficient cause has been shown for non-appearance of the learned counsel for the petitioner on the date fixed.

4. Accordingly, the order dated 18th July, 2025 is recalled.

5. WPA 16108 of 2024 is restored in its original file.

6. CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

7. Let the matter appear on 9th January, 2026 under the heading "New Motion".
