Petitioner seeks admission of students, who have not qualified the National Eligibility Entrance Test examination in UG (BHMS) course for the academic session 2021 -2022.

By relying upon an order dated May 20, 2022, passed in WPA 8960 of 2022 (Bengal Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.), Mr. Malay Dhar, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that an order should be passed directing the National Commission for Homoeopathy to consider its representation dated June 14, 2022, appearing at page 14 of this writ petition in accordance with law.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the writ petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Chairperson, National Commission for Homoeopathy, New Delhi to consider the representation dated June 14, 2022, appearing at page 14 of this writ petition, within a period of four weeks from date and pass a reasoned order. The reasoned order should be communicated to the writ petitioner within a period of one week thereafter. Accordingly, WPA 15941 of 2022 is disposed of. Let urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities. (Kausik Chanda, J.)
