The writ petitioner is aggrieved by rejection of her claim by the National Insurance Company Limited. Pursuant to an order passed by a Co-ordinate Bench dated 18.03.2008 in W. P. No. 860 (W) of 2008, the National Insurance Company Limited conducted a further hearing of the claim of the petitioner and asked for clarifications. The clarifications are stated to have been communicated to the Senior Divisional Manager, National Insurance Company Limited on 12th May, 2008.

The Divisional Manager by 21st May, 2008 has stated that the alleged clarifications furnished by the petitioner do not explain the large number of discrepancies in the claim file.

In that view of the matter, the claim of the writ petitioner was rejected and closed.

This Court is not find any infirmity in the order passed by the National Insurance Company Limited.

Hence, the instant writ petition is dismissed. Inter order, if any, shall stand vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
