From the report it appears that the total number of students in the school is 52 and the number of teachers is 2. If the petitioner being one of the teacher of the two teachers is transferred, the pupil-teacher ratio will fall below the prescribed ratio under the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009.

Therefore, this application cannot be entertained at this stage by this court and the application is dismissed.
