The petitioner complains that the private respondents have threatened him after he had effected construction on a property.

There is a civil suit pending with regard to the title to the recorded property being T. S. No. 150 of 2020 before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Rampurhat, Birbhum.

The parties may sort out the civil differences in a civil forum.

In the said civil suit, Murarai Police Station shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area. The writ petition is disposed of There will be no order as to costs.
