Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the petitioners were falsely implicated. The police concluded the investigation and submitted charge-sheet. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents of the case diary. There are sufficient materials to implicate the petitioner. Considering the nature of allegations the materials in the Case Diary and the complicity of the petitioners, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM 6571 of 2021 is dismissed.
