Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned adjudication order of the WBGST Authority concerned which is an appealable order under the statute and as such I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition and accordingly this writ petition being WPA 15129 of 2023, is dismissed on the ground of availability of alternative remedy by way of appeal. Furthermore, dismissal of this writ petition will not be a bar on the part of the respondents authority concerned to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 2nd May, 2023, in accordance with law.
