1. Heard learned Counsel for both the parties.

2. The report submitted by learned Counsel for the State be taken on record.

3. It is submitted by learned Counsel for the State that all the present petitioners are history sheeters and are involved in number of cases.

4. Regard being had to the nature of present offence and the record of their past criminal antecedents, we are not inclined to exercise our discretion in favour of the petitioners under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is rejected.
