Learned advocate for the petitioners is present. Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate appears on behalf of the private opposite party no. 2.

Mr. Ganguly, learned advocate appearing for the State has drawn the attention of this court to the report so submitted. The report reflects that chargesheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court. There are change of circumstances presently. Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that he would be satisfied that if a direction is passed to expedite the progress of the trial after submission of chargesheet.

In view of the submissions so advanced by the petitioners, I

direct that as the case was initiated in the year 2020, the learned Magistrate who would be in seisin of the proceedings would fix a date once in every two months so that the trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional being CRR 2032 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. [Tirthankar Ghosh, J]
