1. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners cannot be considered in view of a clear observation by a coordinate Bench on 24th January, 2024 that the materials in the case diary implicate all the petitioners in demand for dowry and torture on the victim. Although we find that Section 302 Indian Penal Code was subsequently dropped at the time of filing of charge sheet.

2. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
