The present writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent Company for payment of PF dues amounting to Rs.1,47,037.25 only along with interest.

It is the case of the petitioner that an application was made before the respondent Company on 24.06.2023 praying for the said benefit. It appears that till date the Company has not decided the said claim.

Learned counsel for the respondent Company appears virtually and the learned counsel for the PF authority is before the court.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent Company that the exemption has been withdrawn in the year 2023. It is thus submitted

that the claim has to be made before the PF authority.

On hearing the parties, the writ application is disposed of with direction that the respondent Company shall dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 24.06.2023 within 30 days from the date of communication of this order on hearing the petitioner and in case, the claim of the petitioner is to be made by the PF authorities, the respondent Company shall direct him to do so.

The writ application stands disposed of.
