02.03.2023 ssi WPA 12985 of 2011 Ct 39 Mr. Ramkrishna Biswas ...for the petitioner Mr. Hemonta Coomer Mitter ...for UOI It appears that an inadvertent typographical error had crept into the judgment and order dated 16.02.2023 passed by this Court.

The name of the learned advocate representing the Union of India was wrongly recorded as "Mr. Rajesh Kumar Shah" instead of "Mr. Hemonta Coomer Mitter" who had actually represented the Union of India.

The inadvertent error is hereby corrected and the name of the learned advocate shown as representing the Union of India in the said order shall be deemed to have been replaced by "Mr. Hemonta Coomer Mitter". The order dated 16.02.2023 shall always be read conjointly with this order.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
