It has been submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioners that since the writ petitioner nos. 3, 5 and 7 want to withdraw the writ petition, she may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition and file afresh on the self-same cause of action.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with granting liberty to the rest of the petitioners to file the writ petition afresh on the selfsame cause of action. WPA 15145 of 2023 is dismissed.
