Sufficient ground being made out, the application is allowed.

The order passed on 25th January, 2023 is set aside.

The writ petition is restored to its original file and number.

The interim order granted vide order passed on 23rd August, 2018 is restored and extended till 30th April, 2024.

There shall be no order as to costs.
