It is submitted that the investigation is in progress. He prays for bail. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner is involved in an organised crime racket which committed theft of a number of SIM boxes.

We have considered the materials on record. The statements of witnesses and other materials show involvement of the petitioner in an organised criminal racket. A large number of SIM cards and SIM boxes were recovered from him.

Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
