They are requested to represent the State in this case. Their engagement may be regularized in due course.

Learned senior counsel representing the petitioners submits as follows. The petitioners were granted bail and had regularly attended Court since 2016. In 2025, on one occasion, they failed to attend and a warrant of arrest was issued. The petitioners want to join the proceeding at the earliest.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioners may be directed to surrender before the Court at the earliest.

It appears that the petitioners want to join the proceeding.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, let the petitioners surrender before the learned trial Court

and pray for bail within four weeks from this date. In such event, the application for bail shall be considered in accordance with law.

The warrant of arrest shall remain stayed for a period of four weeks from this date.

With these observations, the revisional application is disposed of.
