We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was involved in kidnapping of a minor boy for ransom. Bail prayer of the co-accused was allowed on humanitarian consideration. Keeping in mind the gravity of offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein and as his bail prayer was rejected earlier on merits, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
