It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner does not want to proceed with the instant revision because of the fact that he filed the instant revision challenging an order under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure passed by the jurisdictional Executive Magistrate. However, the limited force of the order has already expired. Therefore, this revision becomes infructuous. So the petitioner does not want to proceed with the instant revision.

Accordingly, the instant revision be dismissed for nonprosecution. ( Bibek Chaudhuri, J. )
