Mr. Chandra Sekhar Banerjee Mr. Shamit Dutta ..for the petitioner After some argument the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for a direction upon the learned trial judge to dispose of the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure filed in T.S. No. 1070 of 2024 expeditiously.

The opposite parties filed an application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure in the said suit and the learned trial judge by an order dated 2nd August, 2024 directed the plaintiff and the defendant no.1 to maintain status quo in respect of the bank account as mentioned in the schedule (A) and (B) till the hearing of the temporary injunction.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the injunction application is otherwise ready for hearing as the written objection to the injunction application has been filed by the petitioner herein. In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, C.O. 2414 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Judge, VIth Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta to take up the hearing of the

application for injunction filed in the said suit on the next date fixed i.e. on 29th July, 2025, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing, and to make an endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
