It is submitted no Fake Indian Currency Notes were recovered from his possession. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. Electronic hardware i.e. computers and other equipments used for printing Fake Indian Currency Notes were seized from the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
