Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submitted that a compromise has taken place between the parties. Accordingly, a report was called for. The report categorically reflects that the complainant has refused to cooperate with the Investigating Officer and also refused to answer whether he intends to pursue or withdraw the case. However, he has categorically stated that there was an attack at his house for which the case was initiated being Jagaddal Police Station Case No.203 of 2016 dated 22.02.2016. The report so submitted be kept with the record. Having regard to the submissions so made before this Court and the report which has been furnished by the Investigating Officer of Jagaddal Police Station, I am of the view that no interference can be made in this revisional application. Accordingly, CRR 2367 of 2023 is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently dismissed.
