Police case is dated May 1, 2023. Petitioner was complying with the condition granting anticipatory bail requiring to report before the Investigating Officer once a fortnight till the submission of the charge sheet. In view of the conduct of the petitioner, it would be appropriate to relax such condition by requiring the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer as and when called for till the completion of the investigation.

All other conditions in the order dated July 12, 2023 will remain the same.

CRAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.
